 Do I need to focus on restrictive practices to work with you?

Not at all. My approach for high-performing individuals focuses on building emotional agility not just resilience by addressing restrictive thinking patterns rooted in early adaptation, internal pressure, and self-doubt in high-demand environments. Yes. I work with high-performing individual, couples, leaders and teams across different industries and locations. I design in-person retreats and leadership experiences that give you space to step out of pressure, think clearly, and improve how you lead, communicate, and make decisions.

I am clear about who will benefit from my approach and who may not, and if it’s not the right fit, I will guide you or connect you to the right support so you can feel confident in your decision.

 Do you offer sessions in person, online, or in other settings?

Yes. My office is centrally located in Palo Alto, just off University Avenue, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and the Four Seasons. I also offer virtual sessions for flexibility, as well as select in-person sessions at your workplace or home when appropriate. Clients have access to a professional co-working space at no additional cost, creating a seamless environment to transition between sessions and work.
